Build an integration for Freesbe

If you make software that a team would want next to its chat, calls or customer inbox, you can build an integration with Freesbe and have it listed on freesbe.net. Apply on freesbe.net/partners/, tell us what you want to build, and once it works we write a page for it under Integrations, in its category next to the ones we built, with a link to your site and your setup guide.

The program is free, and you don’t need a Freesbe account to apply.

The partner program page on freesbe.net: what partners get, four ways to build, and the application form

Partners build on the same interfaces customers use for their own tools, so anything you build works in every workspace.

Build with Good for Guide
An app A bot with its own name and icon that posts, reads and reacts; slash commands, buttons, dialogs and events. Takes a Slack app manifest as it is. Apps
The API and webhooks Posting into channels from your product, syncing, and getting signed events on your server API and webhooks
The MCP server An AI agent that works in Freesbe as the person who signed it in AI agents
Sign in with Freesbe Letting a workspace’s people sign in to your product with their Freesbe account Sign in with Freesbe

Start in a free workspace: sign up, make an app in Workspace settings → Integrations & apps → Apps, and try your integration there. If you need a paid feature to test with, say so in your application.

  1. Open freesbe.net/partners/.
  2. Fill in your company, your website, and your name and work email.
  3. Name the integration and pick What kind of integration it is (CRM, support, finance, monitoring, AI agents and the other categories of Workspace settings → Integrations, or Something else) and How it connects.
  4. Say in a sentence or two what it does for Freesbe customers, and how far along it is. An idea is fine.
  5. Add a link to your docs if you have them, agree to the partner program terms, and click Send application.

The application form: company, website, contact, the integration’s name, kind and how it connects

You get an email saying we have it. Apply once for each integration.

A person on our team reads every application, usually within five business days, and emails you at each step. Reply to any of those emails with questions or anything you want to add.

Status What it means
In review We’re looking at it, and may ask questions or ask to try it.
Approved It’s in. Send us your setup guide and a square logo by replying to the email.
Listed Your page is live on freesbe.net. We show it to you before it goes live.
Declined We can’t take it right now. The email says why; you can apply again once that changes.

What we look at:

  • It does what your application says.
  • It asks only for the scopes it needs, and keeps customers’ data to what it needs.
  • Your setup guide works, step by step, for someone who has never seen your product.
  • Your listing and your guide use your own product’s name, not Freesbe’s, for what you built.

A listed integration gets a card on Integrations marked with your company’s name, and a page of its own that says what it does, how to set it up, and that it’s built and supported by you, with a link to your site. Customers set it up from your guide: they create the app from your manifest, paste a webhook address, or connect your AI agent over MCP.

Once you’re listed, put the badge on your site, linking to your page on freesbe.net. Use the light one on light pages and the dark one on dark pages, at 40 pixels high or more, and don’t change its colours.

The dark badge is works-with-freesbe-dark.svg. Both are on freesbe.net/partners/.

To change your listing, such as a new name, logo or guide, reply to any of our emails or write to partners@freesbe.net. To leave the program, tell us the same way and we take your page down. The partner program terms have the details.
